Ten years in, and the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2026 returns with a list of recommended restaurants. This year's selection has 307 establishments with three restaurants holding three MICHELIN stars, nine with two, and 33 with one star. The list is rounded out by 97 Bib Gourmand picks and 165 MICHELIN-Selected spots.
At the top tier, Les Amis, Odette and Zén retain their Three-Star statuses. One rung down, the MICHELIN Guide welcomes two new names to its Two-Star roster with 1887 by André (not too shabby for the restaurant that just opened this year), and Seroja, which garnered a One Star in 2023. Seroja and 1887 by André join seven other illustrious Two-Star restaurants that include Cloudstreet, Jaan by Kirk Westaway, Meta, Saint Pierre, Shoukouwa, Sushi Sakuta and Thevar.
For the One-Star listing, six restaurants join the ranks for the first time. Cherry Garden by Chef Fei; Jin Ting Wan; Loca Niru; Sushi Kimura +; Tenshima; and Yong Fu, which was promoted from last year's MICHELIN Selected category.
Fiz and Seroja remain part of the MICHELIN Green Star community. Launched in 2020, the Green Star highlights restaurants that combine high-level cooking with eco-friendly practices, ethical sourcing, and environmental accountability.

The MICHELIN Guide widens its net in recognising excellence in other areas of the culinary field. Four inaugural MICHELIN Guide Special Awards are created to commemorate restaurant openings, service, wine and emerging culinary talent. Maryjoy Lim from Jag, is given the MICHELIN Guide Service Award for her skill, attentiveness and genuine sense of hospitality. Presented by Haflong Tea, the MICHELIN Guide Sommelier Award goes to Joe Yang from Jin Ting Wan. Courtesy of Kaluga Queen, the MICHELIN Guide Young Chef Award is presented to Shusuke Kubota from Loca Niru. With the backing of Citi ULTIMA, the MICHELIN Guide Opening of the Year Award is conferred to 1887 by André, for its culinary approach and creative degustation concept since its opening in March this year.
