dearGENTLEFOLK, the creative collective behind this project, gathered five of Asia’s most celebrated chefs gathered together to create a limited-edition mooncake collection called The Harvest of Happiness. Leading the collab is Chef Dej Kewkacha, Asia’s Best Pastry Chef 2025 and founder of Kyo Roll En and Kacha Brothers.
