While the holiday season typically centres around significant others and family, it may get lonely for some us who aren't blessed to be around them this time of year for a multitude of reasons (read: you're single). Prada knows this. For the latest Prada Holiday campaign, the fashion house lets us in on a journey shared by a group of friends.
Photographed and filmed by Glen Luchford, we join an international group of Prada ambassadors and actors—Maya Hawke, Letitia Wright, Damson Idris, Louis Partridge, and Li Xian—as they drive through a wintry landscape in two separate cars. There's a sense of close friendship among them, looking forward to reconvene in the beauty of nature—a journey of coming home.
And when they finally do meet, it's quite literally magical as seen in the campaign's film.
The Prada Holiday campaign features its Winter 2025 collection that highlights fundamental Prada codes, especially the studied sense of juxtaposition. Off the bat, there's a mixing of tailoring with more sporty elements the likes of tights and technical zip-up layers, while shoes remain grounded and formal with Oxfords and Chelsea boots. A number of the collection's pieces take notes from the Prada Spring/Summer 2025 menswear collection where collars and hems were trimmed with wires. Here, they're applied onto sweaters, shirts, and T-shirts to emphasise the unconventional attitude of the collection. Prada also brought back an archival logotype and crest motif (something you rarely see from the brand) that was first used by the Fratelli Prada—the original name of the brand founded by brothers Mario and Martino Prada—at the beginning of the 20th century. Quite apt, we might add.

No matter where you are in the world this holiday season, hopefully the connections you have with both your family and chosen family will keep you warm. And perhaps, with semblances of irreverent Prada stylings.
