PORTER Has a Stylish Carrier For Your Dyson OnTrac Headphones

British engineering meets Japanese craftsmanship: the result is a collaboration guaranteed to sell out
Published: 4 December 2025

Just after the last tech x fashion collab, comes another from Dyson and PORTER. This is a meeting of two design houses whose obsessions—precision, utility, form—align so closely they may share the same blueprint.

Jake Dyson calls a PORTER bag “a statement of quality… through simple yet thoughtful design,” which adds credence to the partnership between Dyson and PORTER. This is a collaboration that makes sense, especially with the final result—a shoulder bag—being both tactical and personal.

It's a shoulder bag for the Dyson OnTrac headphones. "But aren't bags—as long as they are big enough—able to house a pair of headphones? What's so special about this one?" Glad you ask.

This particular shoulder bag from PORTER isn't a simple accessory. Made out of 77 pieces that were hand-assembled in Japan, the materials are water-repellent, durable, quietly technical. This is not unlike something you’d expect from a high-end mountaineering label, except tailored for the streets of Shinjuku and Shibuya... which we suspect the environs can also get a little rough at times.

The standout feature is its external headphone mount that's engineered specifically for the OnTrac. Jake Dyson curated the silhouette and navy colourway, accented with PORTER’s signature orange and khaki. Even the caps of the OnTrac headphones have been reworked: CNC-milled Black Nickel anodised surfaces, laser-etched with PORTER’s emblem.

Attached to each set is perhaps the most collector-baiting detail: a Dyson OnTrac “tech slice." It looks like a microscope slide, this resin tag holds fragments of the headphone’s components, materials, and sketches. It's like bag charm but more like a micro-museum exhibit that hangs from a key loop.

So... only 380 units are available world-wide. Why so scarce? Beats us. All we know is that the limited amount means some hypebeast out there is readying their bots. (Sorry, that was cynical.) Each packaging includes a Prussian Blue OnTrac headband, Khaki and Cinnabar cushions, Black Nickel caps, a custom PORTER shoulder bag and dustbag, and a numbered tech slice... all stored in a presentation box that when you open, feels like Christmas morning (for more of an effect, open it on an actual Christmas morning).

Retailing at SGD999, it is available now at Dyson Direct stores across major design capitals—Paris, Milan, Berlin, London, New York—and online stores in Europe, the US, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. PORTER will stock them in its flagship and key outposts from Ginza to Bangkok.
