On the palate, Minuty's rosé is dry, crisp with the gentle taste of fruits. When viewed at a certain angle, its pale pink content, looks like bottled sunlight. You can't help but imagine a scenario where one can drink by the coastline; the salt tang in the air, the waves lap lazily against your feet.
Adding to the visual is the the Provençal Maison's limited-edition M de Minuty, where each season, Minuty works with an artist to zhng the look of the bottle. For its previous collaboration, French illustrator and ceramist Henriette Arcelin worked her magic on the bottle, giving it a monochromatic, Gassin-inspired design. This season, Australian artist Elliott Routledge takes centrestage. Routledge's illustrations reimagine the French Riviera not as postcard cliché, but as a living terrain shaped by water, weather, and light.

Routledge’s design drew from the Mediterranean Sea, where its proximity shaped the agriculture of the grapes. Waves ripple through the composition, echoed in fluid, rhythmic lines. A gradient washes from pink to blue, capturing the fleeting moment of a Saint-Tropez sunset. The lines that bind these elements together trace the contours of the land. You'll find a good amount of blue on the bottle. It's Routledge’s fascination with the colour. One can witness the bottle dressed in its shifting shades that seem to change with the light. It feels distinctly like the Riviera—vibrant yet relaxed, composed yet alive.
Keeping with the aquatic theme, the limited-edition M de Minuty is available at the poolside restaurant, The Eight. Located at Fairmont Singapore, the M de Minuty will be a presence until 31 January 2026. Lounge by the pool and enjoy it by the glass, by the bottle, or via a twin-bottle promo. Better yet, do it during the setting of the sun and watch the colours dance over the bottle.
