There's Osteria Mozza, the MICHELIN one-star LA restaurant and there's Osteria Mozza Singapore, situated in Hilton Singapore Orchard. Different they may be, the Singapore's branch remains the only Asian outpost of Chef Nancy Silverton’s LA establishment.

Chef Silverton’s career is nothing short of extraordinary. The restaurateur and author of 11 cookbooks, she had shaped modern Italian-American dining through her restaurants in LA, Washington, DC, and Mexico. Her Osteria Mozza Singapore restaurant bears the hallmarks of a Tuscan farmhouse. While there's an open kitchen, guests can also sit at the Mozarella Bar to cast your unwanted scrutiny on the people who laboured in preparing your pasta and burrata antipasti by hand.

During the last week of August, Chef Silverton—the James Beard Award-winner and founder of the Mozza Restaurant Group—returns for a week-long celebration of culinary craftsmanship. While those events had concluded, diners (especially pasta lovers like this dude) can still experience a five-course Pasta Tasting Menu, overseen by Chef Silverton.

From 15 September 2025, guests are seated at the Mozarella Bar and get to sample the Pasta Tasting Menu put together by Chef Silverton. The tasting format includes classics like Fonduta Ravioli with 25-year-aged balsamic and Tagliatelle with beef cheek ragù, alongside seasonal creations. A house-made gelati or sorbetti tops off the menu and the evening.
