On a night where artistry met aspiration, the Ralph Lauren Spring 2025 Resee Fashion Experience at Shanghai's ROJO Art Space transported attendees from the bustling city to the windswept romance of the Hamptons.
Ralph Lauren’s first re-screening experience in Asia showcased its full range—Ralph Lauren Collection, Ralph Lauren Purple Label, and Polo Ralph Lauren Women’s, Men’s, and Children’s. With timeless designs reimagined for today, the immersive “live shopping” experience made the brand’s sophistication and opulence more accessible than ever. Set against polished mahogany, equestrian art, and blue hydrangeas, the space captured the breezy elegance of a coastal manor.
The collection strides confidently down the runway with polished ease, redefining tailoring for a modern audience. From a bold cobalt overshirt paired with a nautical striped tee contrasted vibrantly against sunshine-yellow trousers that mixed East Coast prep with Mediterranean flair, to a navy robe-style overcoat trimmed with white piping and monogram embroidery bringing an air of aristocratic leisure to the ensemble, the silhouettes masterfully balanced the structure of classic tuxedos with a contemporary, effortless simplicity. Every look in the collection felt both polished and refreshingly relaxed.
Amidst the wide range of ensembles, a number of pieces caught our attention. A calfskin duffel appeared soft as second skin with craftsmanship and make inspired by equestrian heritage, while a pair of leather fisherman sandals lends depth and rugged refinement to the collection's more dressed up offerings.
The front row sparkled with Asian stars such as South Korean actor Song Joong Ki, China's Xuan Huang and Jing Boran, and Zee Pruk of Thailand arrived in impeccable Ralph Lauren tailoring—each a portrait of the brand’s timeless and polished sensibility. But it was supermodel Hu Bing's unexpected turn on the runway that truly stole the spotlight, commanding attention in an ivory double-breasted suit. The look was an understated affair with a softly structured blazer layered atop a polo for an altogether monochromatic flair. A pocket square, a caramel-toned duffel and rich brown woven loafers, added depth to the look for a masterclass in contrast and sophistication.
