If gaming is very much on brand for you, this is going to sound like good news. The official Nintendo pop-up store makes its very first visit to Southeast Asia by landing right here on our shores.

At Jewel Changi, to be specific.

Grab merch from the likes of Super Mario, Animal Crossing (ah, remember all those pandemic zoom backgrounds), The Legend of Zelda, Splatoon and Pikmin. These items were previously only available at Nintendo stores in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto.

Though open from 10am to 10pm daily, a ticketing system will be implemented in anticipation of the crowds (and possibly Singaporeans' penchant for queueing). Tickets will be distributed each day at storefront on a first-come-first-served basis, and state a designated time slot. Those without tickets can join a Walk-in on Availability queue, with priority given to ticket holders.

If postcards are your thing

Because I don't know... you've not heard of texting? Or I've not heard of postcards' extremely lucrative resale market. Either way, simply hit SGD80 and above in a single transaction at the store to receive one of six exclusively designed postcards.

The Nintendo POP-UP STORE runs until 1 January 2024 at Jewel Changi Level 04-220/221.
